West Shore Theatre
The West Shore Theatre in New Cumberland was restored to honor its historic character while accommodating both live performances and film screenings. The renovation introduced a stage, reconfigured seating, improved accessibility, and relocated the concessions area to improve flow. Modern systems, updated finishes, and exterior repairs brought new life to the building as a vibrant community venue.

The services of Royal Square, represented by Brad Fisher, was the best action that the Friends of the West Shore Theatre took when they renovated, rehabilitated and repurposed the West Shore Theatre. I can’t tell you how many times that Brad saved our non-profit corporation funds by suggesting other options in the work orders, construction and in purchasing materials and fixtures. Brad was always available to meet with the Building Committee in person and answered our calls in a quick and timely manner and his knowledge of all aspects of the construction world is amazing.
