Beaver Street Project

This redevelopment project converted four historic rowhomes into nine multi-family units and a commercial space through a full interior and exterior renovation supported by Historic Tax Credits.

Each unit includes hardwood flooring, tile bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and access to a shared courtyard designed for residents to enjoy shared outdoor space. Exterior work focused on restoring the masonry, bay windows, slate roofing, and copper flashing, bringing new life to the structure while maintaining the building’s historic character.
