Originally constructed as an automotive dealership, this 16,319-square-foot facility underwent a comprehensive renovation to become a vibrant multi-tenant commercial hub. The reimagined space now houses a diverse tenant mix including The Bond Wedding & Event Venue, Collusion Tap Works, and other office spaces, blending hospitality, technology, and professional services under one roof.

As developer and owner/operator of The Bond Event Venue, Royal Square played a vertically integrated role in repositioning the property and establishing it as a premier event destination within Downtown York.

The project was further enhanced with the addition of Royal Square Gardens. Purpose-built to complement The Bond, the garden features white brick walls, ambient lighting, and flexible layouts, offering a versatile setting for a wide range of events and community gatherings.

This transformation repurposed an underutilized structure and activated surrounding land, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the Royal Square District and advancing its identity as a dynamic destination for work, celebration, and innovation.
