Benjamin & Bond

The Benjamin & Bond headquarters in downtown York combined renovation and new construction to create a cohesive, multi-level workspace. The project included a new roof, skylight, two patios, and updates to the building’s exterior, along with three floors of flexible office space.

Exposed brick and steel were preserved throughout the interior and paired with contemporary features like a glass atrium, resulting in a space that balances original character with modern function.
