REVI Flats

REVI Flats is a transformative, mixed-use development spanning more than 60,000 square feet along Downtown York’s Market Street corridor. Through a combination of Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits, the project reactivated a collection of vacant and dilapidated buildings. Once home to some of York’s most prominent businesses,the block has been reimagined as a vibrant hub of urban life.

The completed campus delivered 33 new residential units, 8 commercial suites, and supportive parking, fostering an environment where residents and visitors can live, work, and play in the heart of the city. As developer and general contractor, Royal Square structured an innovative capital stack to fund both the historic rehabilitation and new ground-up construction, which added modern amenities, including a rooftop deck, and expanded the site’s residential offerings.
