Rolling Thunder Carwash
Rolling Thunder Express Car Wash was one of the first belt-style car washes built in Central PA. The 120’ x 33’ building primarily CMU covered by metal panels, with a metal-stud framed clear-story welcome center, which is cladded with aluminum composite panels. Project challenges included the need for substantial compaction grouting prior to construction and the logistical challenges of a small site. The car wash model is multiple levels of single or membership car washes with access to free vacuums following a wash.
