Fox Apartments

Fox Apartments, developed in partnership with Kinsley Properties, reimagines a former warehouse and long-vacant office building into 43 modern market-rate apartments and a 2,000 SF commercial suite. As developer and general contractor, Royal Square led the adaptive reuse of the former Edward Fox Bakery, leveraging Historic Tax Credits and a creative blend of financing tools assembled by the development team.

The result is a vibrant mixed-use community that preserves a piece of York’s industrial past while contributing to the ongoing economic revitalization of Downtown York.
