Originally constructed in 1892 as the 200-room Colonial Hotel, this property in the heart of York's Continental Square is currently being used as a combination of Retail / Office Suites, while portions of the building have been sold as residential condominiums.

As Developer and Construction Manager, Royal Square is managing a historic restoration project designed to revilatize and preserve the masonry facade, as well as select interior systems upgrades to service the 55,000SF of commercial space.  The project will be funded with a creative blend of Federal Historic Tax Credits and Pennsylvania State RACP grants, alongside traditional debt and equity positions.  This project is expected to be completed in 2026.
